Our bakery and confectionery is located in the heart of Innviertel and since long time an insiders' tip for typical Innviertel bread and pastries.
The committed team is leading the tradition-rich family business in the fourth generation. Family tradition paired with the requirement of today's modern bakery and confectionery are the elements for the wellbeing of our guests.

Apprenticeship: 2 years as confectioner und 2 years as baker at bakery & confectionary Karl Weinhaupt in Altheim

Vocational school: in Braunau and Linz with successful graduation

12 months military service at Bundesheer in Salzburg

1983-1989

2 years at the parental business in Mauerkirchen

1984-1986

Stay abroad in Fukuoka, Japan at Mitsuhiro Harada Chidoriya

Return to Austria. Meister examination as baker and confectioner in Salzburg

Return to Fukuoka to Chidoriya
