The tea preparation depends on the water quality. In order for the active substance of the leaf to blend into the infusion you should only use hot water. Pour the hot boiling water into the tea pot. Leave the black tea to draw for around 3 minutes and fruit tea for around 5 minutes. Sweeten it with granulated sugar.
