Since the opening of Sailer Baeckerei & Konditorei we are daily supplied by fresh "Tamagon Koubou" eggs by Hatanaka Ikusujou from Kaho-gun, Fukuoka. From a chick on our hens are fed with natural fodder in order that they lay every day fresh and healthy eggs. Under strict supervision by our veterinarian especially hygiene and laying regulations are controlled that ensures the high quality of our popular eggs with thick and high-curved yolk.
